Welcome to Giesbers
Giesbers Financial Services was established to meet a growing need among small and medium sized businesses to understand how their businesses are performing and to keep up with financial and tax affairs. The Giesbers experience is all about smart people, partnership and consultation. Smart People Firstly, we take great care in selecting and supporting the members of the Giesbers Financial Services team. We make sure that we choose people who are driven to provide high quality and cost effective services. We aspire to be known for the values we live by - honesty, integrity, openness, and to be seen as straight-forward, professional and committed to clear communication. Partnership Secondly, in addition to professional excellence and the ability to deliver high quality services, we’re smart enough to realise that the relationships we build are the cornerstone of our business. This also means providing complete confidentiality for our customers. Consultation Thirdly, we believe that a consultancy approach will result in a better understanding of our customers’ needs. We will listen carefully to your needs and tailor our services to meet what you are actually asking for.

This is to ensure that there is a like-for-like substitution of services where required. If you wish us to do more than your previous accountant we are more than happy to discuss the options and factor in the cost of the additional work. ii) Exclusions - our initial expectation would be that the 10% discount on fees relate only to the preparation of annual accounts and taxation returns. Any one-off taxation advice or re-structuring of your business affairs or dealing with IRD tax audits that is not likely to recur in the current year would be excluded from the work covered by the 10% discount iii) Mutual agreement as to the fee and the work involved is to be reached before any work is ...
